Bring your family to Mt Hotham for Learn to Ski Week from Sunday June 16 to Friday June 22.

Learn to Ski Week is specifically aimed at first-timers, especially children, giving them a chance to try out skiing or snowboarding with plenty of fun and games. It’s just one of various activities forming Snow Australia’s Learn to Ski and Snowboard month this June.

Prices start at $88 for kids, $79 for youths and $99 for adults, including your lift pass, beginner group snowsports lesson and equipment hire (skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots) per day, if you book online at the Hotham eStore at least three days prior to your visit.

As well as your skiing/boarding lesson, other fun activities include kids’ trivia competitions, free night skiing, a chance to learn about snow-making and even a foot fitness class!

What’s more, as a result of the fantastic snow, a new play area has opened up at Wire Plain for toboganning and other fun games in the snow.  And you never know… you may even bump into Hotham’s very own mascot, Harry the Snowdragon!
