If you book before 31 October, British Airways is offering winter sports fans the chance to fly their skis (or other winter sports equipment) for free to Chambery, Geneva or Zurich from London City Airport.   BA currently operate 22 flights a week from London City to Zurich and 7 flights a week to Geneva.  From December 17, the winter schedule to Chambery (4 times a week) will begin.
