Crystal Ski Holidays has won another award!  This time it has taken home the trophy as Best Ski Operator at The Guardian and Observer Travel Awards 2016

The Guardian and Observer Travel Awards 2016In an awards ceremony that recognised companies who have gone the extra mile for their customers, Crystal Ski Holidays won Best Ski Operator. The Guardian and Observer Travel Awards 2016 took place on Friday 4th March 2016 in Edinburgh, at the National Museum of Scotland, and the trophy was presented by the Scottish radio DJ Edith Bowman.

The award was won based on a survey which ran as a pop-up across the British newspaper, The Guardian, in the autumn of 2015. Readers responded stating companies they’d travelled with in the past year and how satisfied they were with the service that they had received.

The 15 categories included: best ferry operator, hotel chain, short and long haul airline, train line, package holiday operator, ski operator, cruise line, most trusted brand, most open and honest brand, most recommended brand, most multiplatform, best overseas and UK city, and most ethical award.

Customer experience is incredibly important to us at Crystal Ski Holidays, so we’re delighted to have won the award for the first time. All our teams are constantly working to make ski holidays easier to book and enjoy, from our many expert staff in the mountains to the teams developing Crystal’s mobile apps and providing real-time customer service. This award means we are succeeding, and we thank all our customers and the readers who voted for us.” said Tamsin Todd, Managing Director of Crystal Ski Holidays.
