The new Skijuwel Alpbachtal Wildschoenau Tirol link between Alpbachtal Seenland Tirol and Wildschoenau is now open. 

FamilySkiNews reported in October on the anticipated linking of the ‘Ski Jewel’ ski area, which has finally opened after eleven long years of negotiations. Now, the newly-combined area has entered the ‘Top Ten’ of Tirolean resorts for size. 

Both areas are already well-respected in their own right.  The newly combined area will go straight into the ‘Top Ten’ of Tirolean resorts for size, with 145km of slopes and, thanks to the recent snowfalls, boasts perfect snow conditions.
